Christmas Drop In – for anyone who is lonely over Christmas

Age UK have organised a Christmas Drop In on Friday 27 December 1pm – 4pm at Bradley Stoke Evangelical Church, Bailey Court BS32 8BH.

A chance to have some company and an afternoon of crafts, games, refreshments and a quiz at 2.30pm. No need to book!

The holiday season can feel as though it is everywhere at this time of year.  The festive period can bring complex emotions for many – from feeling overwhelmed to feeling pure joy.

But for some people, the more difficult emotions and pressures that this time of year can bring can be hard to manage.

It’s important that we all look after our mental health at this time.

Workshops and courses take place at Cadbury Heath Hall in Warmley and run from 10:30am – 12:30pm.

We are seeking a volunteer to create this monthly newsletter and assist with our social media. Monthly commitment around 6 – 8 hours.
